A one-time setup, then a flat monthly

No per-booking fees and no metered surprises: a busy month never costs you extra. Setup covers wiring the assistant to your phone line, website and calendar — done for you. The exact figure inside each range is agreed with you up front, in a conversation, and it stays what was agreed.

What's included

What each tier actually gets you

Feature Starter Standard Pro
Books by web chat and text* — answers questions, offers real openings from your calendar, and cancels or reschedules by text*
Google Calendar sync
Your customer changes it themselves — every booking carries a private link to cancel or move that appointment, so they don't have to ring you
Confirmation email with a calendar invite — when a web-chat customer leaves an email address, the appointment drops into their own phone calendar
Appointment reminders* and a weekly summary of what your assistant handled — the summary by email today, by text* when approval lands
Takes a name when the book is full (waitlist) + dashboard
No-show tracking, and a “we missed you” win-back text* a few days later
You keep your own book — walk-ins, time blocked off for the shop or one person, clean-down gaps between appointments, and more than one chair at a time
Scan-to-book walk-in page — a printable QR poster for your counter; a customer scans it, sees today’s real openings by service, and books from their own phone
Read every conversation the assistant handled, and reply into one yourself by text*
Your own analytics page
Answers the phone — books, cancels and reschedules out loud, and puts a caller straight through to your own cell when they ask for a person
Texts the waitlist automatically when a slot frees*
Book with a named person — customers can ask for their stylist by name, in chat, on the phone, and on the walk-in page’s by-person view
Deposit at booking† — the confirmation carries a Stripe link and your dashboard shows who has paid
Monthly performance summary — this month against last, by email today, by text* when approval lands
Card on file for no-shows† — saved once by the customer, charged only by your own click

* Text messaging is awaiting carrier approval and is not yet active — today customers book through your phone line and website chat, and text-message features switch on when approval completes. Your own copies don't wait on it: new-booking alerts, the weekly summary and the monthly summary reach you by email today. Details on the SMS program page.

† Card payments run on Stripe test keys today. Deposits and cards on file are built and work end to end, but no real money can move until Stripe enables Connect for our account — so nothing is charged to anyone in the meantime. A deposit is a commitment your customer makes and you can point at; it does not hold the slot on its own, and an unpaid one never cancels the appointment.
